For anyone who is a big Dr. Martens lover, your docs have probably accompanied you on many of the wildest adventures, from hitting the pubs with your local town to hiking home when all of the taxis are taken. Why wouldn't you should wear them on the beginning of your next different big adventure!
Bear in mind that docs will limited to plain black or cherry red. Now you have more than just the number of eyelets to choose from. If you feel traditional and girlie select plain white or seek out sparkly and sequinned numbers, systems and crazy new shapes.
If you are particularly artistic Dr. Martens is the perfect shoe/boot to personalise. Acrylic paints work really effectively, just use a okay brush and keep paint remover close by. However, bear in mind that if you use acrylic paint on leather it will dry it out and finish up cracking, so do not make your customised DMs too soon prior to your wedding ceremony. Replacing the laces with coloured ribbons wonderful way of giving a person's DMs a softer look and begin using the same colours just as your dress it will help even more.
If you are still not sure if you're able to go all the manner and wear your Docs for the wedding, bear in mind since your wedding dress could be produced long enough so your shoes need not truly be visible.
